职位描述：
Position: General Manager
Location: FuJian or Hai Nan
Reports to: Managing Director, South China( Foreigner)
A very famous international company.
Responsible for the overall management of all PRC operational projects of South China Region; to develop leadership thinking and management skills to the operational General Managers which are in line with the Group’s management direction and principles; to maintain and harmonize the partnership relationship with local and governmental authorities of each respective project in South China; to plan, lead, organize, direct, and coach all senior management level at the operational project offices.
Duties and responsibilities
Identify and recommend the short-to-medium-term management and operation strategies for each respective local project
Ensure relationship with local government bodies, partners and authorities
Overall responsibilities for the management of all operational JV projects of South China including planning and directing all activities at the JV projects by developing the ability of General Manger and leading the local resources in each project
Direct and give measurable approach to General Manager on managing and tackling issues in JV
Monitor the overall performance of each JV and ensure the business strategy that are in alignment with the company objectives and in compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements
Give recommendation and consultation advice to senior management on the efficiency and productivity for achieving better results of operating and managing the JVCs
Assess individual performance of all seconded staff on JVCs; report and suggest to senior management for assessment and recommendation
Establish an appropriate communication platform amongst all JV projects for management knowledge and experience sharing and ensure to bring the best management practices in place in daily operation at each JV project |
